The exhibition brings together three personalities who, at first glance, are extremely different. What Lothar Quinte, Rolf-Gunter Dienst and Reiner Seliger have in common is a subtle feeling for the material and the means they use. What they have in common is their view of the macrostructures: the vast, infinite, archaic-original, but even more the magic of the microstructures. One should approach closer to experience within a supposedly concrete, static, monochrome or colorful form the filigree play, the movement of colors, shapes and signs. Almost characteristic here are Quinte's painterly light direction, Dienst's "abbreviations" and Seliger's fragments.
